Kevin Baldwin. Tragically died December 2003 on the A13 after stopping to assist an accident and was knocked down while using his phone to call the emergency services. Aged 25. Maintenance Engineer. Lived in Westcliff Essex. Kev has 2 sisters, 2 children. Kev was a fun loving young man who was always there in a crisis to cheer you up. Before he settled down with his partner he had travelled to Australia for a year. He loved spending time with his family and friends, and doted on his daughter, unfortunately his son was born after his death, but i'm sure he is watching them both and feeling very proud of them.
I love him very much amd miss him deeply as does all of the family and vast network of friends.
